General Attitude- we work very hard to encourage each participant to look at these types of programs as huge privileges to praise God for. We encourage a high standard of respect for peers, coaches, and parents. We love helping participants improve and work through challenges. We do not allow disruptive participants who are not proving to be coachable to remain in our program though they are almost always welcome to try again next season. We cannot tolerate yelling, cursing, or physical burst of anger. It is so important that we provide the safest environment possible.
